Brady LabXpert offers fast and robust quality-labels for laboratories
LabXpert is the newest developed labelling-system from Brady for applications in laboratories. Bradys new LabXpert offers enhanced efficiency and extraordinary printing quality. All laboratory samples can be marked safe, fast and professional. The varied functionality of the LabXpert systems guarantee a fast, correct and extremely efficient labelling-process. The result is that more text can be placed on limited space - without any loss of readability.
LabXpert enables the user to print barcodes on labels. That helps saving time and eliminates wrong or excess data exchange and allows tracing and tracking at the same time. With the Brady LabXpert often used labels can be saved, called and be used again. In this process the automatic numbering-system ensures, that LabXpert produces 40 labels in less than 2 minutes.
The integrated time / date function of the LabXpert enables the user, to print time- and datestamp with a very easy one-touch key combination. Additionally more than 140 pre-programmed, laboratory-specific symbols can be printed. So the LabXpert proves that it is perfectly tuned for the market of laboratory equipment.
LabXpert runs Stand-alone mode or with a higher functionality with a PC. Via the Brady IdentLab Software information from an existing database can be imported in the label-software and than be printed by the LabXpert without any problems.
Another key feature of the LabXpert is the minimizing of waste of labelmaterial. Even when printing with endless-material no waste results at all, because the labels are cut directly at the end of the text. Various different types of labels are available to fulfil the different and most common applications in the field of laboratories, e.g. Slide, Well Plate, Kyro and Phial. These LabXpert labels stick at all kinds of laboratory containers. The special combo-label is particularly user-friendly. It consists of one pair of labels: a round one, that sticks on kyro vessels; the second label is rectangular and sticks on sidewalls.
LabXpert labels realize an extraordinary printing-quality. A resolution of 300 dpi is standard. Additionally the labelmaterial can be used in extreme temperatures, as well as in liquid nitrogen (-196°C) and in high pressure autoclaves (+121°C). These conditions do not have a negative effect on the printing quality. Even aggressive chemicals like Xylen, DMSO IPS or Toluen do not have hegative influence on quality and duration of the labels.
