Cable-Wire Marking from Brady: Versatile solutions for wire- and cable labelling
Brady offers a variety of practice-orientated solutions for the identification of wires and cables. Therefore the customer has the choice between manual system-solutions or printing-solutions, data exchange with CAD-systems and special requirements like galvanic separation or resistance against special chemicals.
Offered are writable and printable blank-labels in different sizes and materials, shrunk tubes and marking flags as well as in combination with cable ties. Marker are available for thermotransfer-, matrix- and laserprinter.
Labels which are self-laminating, wounded around cables are the most common solutions to mark wires. They replace the metalplates, are easy to apply and indestructable. Self-laminating labels are used in demanding applications, for example in the durable marking of underground cables. The printed labelling is always protected by a foil coating. Brady therefore developed several materials. A transparent laminate markes the labels absolutely resistant. The marking flag can be used even when there is only little space for labelling.
Shrunk tubes (Dura Sleeves) can be used in many different industries. They have a variety of functional characteristics. Therefore Brady offers shrunk tubes in different combinations. Most of these products have isolating features, which are used in military, in petro-chemistry and logistics in extreme industrial environments.
Tags with the function of markers are normaly used in the combination with cable ties. They offer the according space for extensive information and are able to fix several cables at the same time.
