DYNAMIC Systems GmbH takes over Schwarz Druck GmbH & Co. KG
Weßling / Hausham, March 31th 2010. DYNAMIC Systems GmbH, a leading German provider for complete solutions for automatic identification tasks, is still on expansion course and overtakes the asets and the company of the Schwarz Druck GmbH & Co. KG, Hausham, at April 1st 2010.
Approximately seven months after the insolvency, the redevelopment of the traditional specialist for quality- and safety-print in the Bavarian Hausham has been finished. By taking over Schwarz Druck nearly 80 percent of the former 100 jobs could be maintained. DYNAMIC Systmems wants to continue the site and has developed an according concept already.
Dr. Harald Lossau, managing director of DYNAMIC Systems explains: "We are happy, that Schwarz Druck and the committed and qualified employees are now part of the DYNAMIC group. The the implementation of the restruction- and development-concepts as well as the cooperation of both companies the position of the site in Hausham will be strengthened in the fields of ticketing, product- and trademark protection, form printing and personalization. That is an optimal addition for our product portfolio and the international distribution."

Schwarz Druck GmbH & Co. KG goes back to 1898 in Tetschen Bodenbach (today´s Czech Republic) founded Gustav Herrmann Schwarz. Even in former days the company was already specialised in the production of tickets.
Today Schwarz Druck produces safety- and identification labels as well as track- and trace solutions, revenue stamps, self-adhesive sticker for visa, ID-cards, certifications, vignettes and vouchers. For the specialist of quality- and safgetyprint with its seat in Hausham approximately 75 employees are active.
