HOTMARK - Identification at extreme temperatures

The application of barcode-systems constitutes a huge facilitation for a lot of manufacturers. Information like product-status, inventory and production process can be readout easily and without any probelms.

In some industrial areas labels must resist beside their proper readbility extrem environmental temperatures. A force of 500 up to 1.000°C represents a big challenge. Common labels shrink, scorch or burn at these temperatures. Consequently the printed barcode cannot be readout.

HOTMARK labels have been developed especially for these applications. They own a high opacity and are coated with a special white surface for thermotransfer-print, which also withstand such extreme temperatures.
