Safe printing with BarcodeCare

The software BarcodeCare controls the readability of a barode through a scanner when the label is printed; no matter whether you have a 1D- or 2D-Code. When the Scanner cannot read the printed code within a defined time a signal is sent to the software which stops the printer immediately. The print of further labels thereby is not possible and the “damaged” label can be removed. The printer can only be reactivated via keyword-entry by an authorised person.
By a push button this person can release a reprint of the last label. Only by closing the “administration menu” the printing process continues. Therefore it is guaranteed that no label that is not readable comes into your production.

BarcodeCare is independent from printer producer or printer model and is globally applicable.

Oliver Lommes, technical sales and project manager fort the development of BarcodeCare: „By now BarcodeCare is designed for the single print of labels. We already develop a high-performance solution. This version should offer the possibility of pre-printing the labels with high speed which can be affixed to a later moment on the product via an applicable scanner. Many of our customers print their labels in their office via a winding-device to affix them on a later point of time per hand or automatically.
Futhermore a network version of BarcodeCare is planned, which should enable to control the print and the printing-control via corporate network. Here we will develop a solution in close collaboration with our customers to realise their requirements. It´s our object to give a guarantee of barcode readablity to our customers. We expect to present the new solution at the beginning of 2009.”

The bundle BarcodeCare includes the scanner, a scanner fixture and the required software. Of course we also offer you the fitting printer.
