The Honeywell Dolphin 60s scan phone is a basic device with an astounding area of application. It offers all fundamental functions in a compact and handy pocket-size format – ideal for users who neither trust consumer devices nor depend on fully rugged terminals. The Dolphin 60s strives to reduce the number of devices for the mobile worker, by covering communications and work areas: telephoning, scanning, photographing and processing data. Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 comes pre-installed standard.

Its integrated barcode scanner for capturing 1D and 2D barcodes, resistive 2.8'' touch display, and fully equipped keyboard (numeric or alphanumeric) simplify data processing, independent of the location. Add to this a 5 megapixel camera. For communication within and beyond buildings there is the standard 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and optional 3G available. This also suffices for future challenges for mobile end devices. The housing withstands drops, extreme temperatures and features a longer life cycle in all other areas than conventional consumer devices.
