Brady Wraptor A6200

The printer applicator Wraptor A6200 from Brady has been especially been designed for automated cable- and wire labelling and prints and wraps labels around cables and wires in one work step. Due to the fast, exact and reliable identification costs can be reduced, working processes can be optimized, rework can be minimised and the productivity can be increased by a lower source of error.
With ist space-saving and light design the Wraptor A6200 is suitable in particular for companies with production islands and has been developed for demanding industrial fields likes electronics, power supply or production with process-driven assembly processes.

The Wraptor A6200 printed and wraps cables and wires with a diameter of 1,524 mm up to 6,35 mm with a speed of only 7 seconds (printing and wrapping) with a resolution of 300 dpi. The wrapping labels are characterised by their excellent printing quality and show a high durability against various chemicals, fuels and extreme temperatures.

Optional it is possible to equip the Wraptor A6200 with a rewinder, that rewinds used liner material properly, so that the surrounding work space is free of unneeded residual material.
