Use your expertise to optimize individual customer support, technical service and innovative applications.
Area of responsibility:
- You take over individual customer support in the field of printing systems, RFID and software.
- The realisation of applications for optical and RFID-identification solutions is in your area of responsibility
- You configure, adjust and maintain printers, scanners and RFID-systems as well in-house and in field service.
- You like working closely in co-operation between service- and sales-team.
Requirements profile:
- You have a completed technical training preferably in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or communication engineering.
- Preferably you have knowledge in hardware-control, programming and / or RFID.
- Excellent customer orientation, communication - and team skills are characteristic for you.
- Your commitment and flexibility enable the coping of versatile tasks.
- A structured and detailed working process characterise your daily business.
- Good knowledge of English ensure a trouble-free international co-operation.
